# 8.2 Tokenomics

#### **Core Contributors (33%)**

This portion is allocated to the SoSoValue team and advisors who have dedicated themselves to building the product and growing the ecosystem.

* Vesting Schedule:
  * 18-month cliff with no tokens unlocked prior.
  * 36-month linear monthly vesting.

#### **Partners (3.5%)**

Allocated to strategic partners supporting the long-term development and success of the SoSoValue ecosystem.

* Vesting Schedule:
  * 18-month cliff with no tokens unlocked prior.
  * 36-month linear monthly vesting.

#### **Foundation (17%)** 

The Foundation allocation is designed to support SoSoValue’s sustainable growth and ecosystem development. It is divided into two parts:

1. 12% - Dedicated to supporting projects and ecosystem growth, including protocol development, risk assessments, community outreach, market making, and other strategic adoption initiatives.
2. 5% - Approved by community governance, this portion is specifically allocated to the launch of SoDEX and ValueChain, supporting validator node setup and initial staking requirements.

* **Vesting Schedule**:
  * 2.55% of the $SOSO total supply was released at TGE (Token Generation Event).
  * 5% released and unlocked on September 6, 2025 (validator node initialization).
  * The remaining portion will vest linearly over 60 months on a monthly basis.

#### **Ecosystem (30%)** 

Allocated to support ecosystem growth, user participation, and long-term adoption. Distribution is tied to growth and contribution, rather than fixed time-based vesting.

* **20%** – General ecosystem development, including user incentives, community programs, liquidity mining, and strategic adoption initiatives.
* **10%** – Approved by community governance, dedicated to SoDEX & ValueChain Phase I Incentives, targeting early-stage growth, validator participation, liquidity bootstrapping, and onboarding more users.

**Distribution Mechanism:**

* 4.5% of $SOSO was released at TGE (Token Generation Event).
* 10% released and unlocked on September 6, 2025 (Phase I incentives).
* The remaining portion distributed through ecosystem mining, growth programs, and targeted incentives over time.

#### **Investors (16.5%)**

Allocated to investors backing SoSoValue's development and launch.

* Vesting Schedule:
  * 12-month cliff with no tokens unlocked prior.
  * 18-month linear monthly vesting.
